Meditation is Easy

Good article in Innerself by Louise Hay. When I started meditation 11 years ago, I was told simply to sit in a straight back chair, get comfortable, breath and relax, and as thoughts come up, go back to the breath. Yes, my meditations have changed over the years, and some people are moving meditators with Tai Chi and yoga or even doing massage.

Yet I will say that is someone has hit a barrier in their life, is dissatisfied, or in pain, sitting meditation for 20 minutes a day will yield guidance and information in time. And for the financially oriented, the ROI (Return On Investment) for meditation is truly significant. The effects will carry forward into every aspect of Life.
